and Hardware which link sophisticated telephony features into your
current database or Contact Management application without the long lead time and costs that would be required to develop most API integrations.

products to allow operations with many Key System Unit (KSU) or Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and VOIP Endpoint Products.
Telcomp's "PICKUP" SCREEN POP middleware
provides simple, cost effective PERSONAL COMPUTER INTEGRATION of CALLER ID, DIRECT INWARD DIAL (DID) for Answering Services,
AUTOMATIC NUMBER IDENTIFICATION (ANI) or DIALED NUMBER IDENTIFICATION
SERVICE (DNIS) with adjunct capture devices and various

Several types of "ADJUNCT" specialty Caller ID/Computer Telephony hardware are also supported. Telcomp also offers consulting
services in designing various Computer Telephony Integration features into both new and existing Software Applications.
PICKUP enables almost ANY Windows Applications to receive, log, and
use the Caller ID, ANI, or DNIS, data provided in SIP and Public Switched Telephone Network features. Screen Pop
interfaces for various environments such as: TERMINAL SERVICES, CITRIX, UNIX, LINUX, AS400 and HOSTED ASP type applications

TELCOMP's TCDIAL enables almost ALL Windows based programs to dial any number that can be displayed as text on the screen including numbers from websites, Microsoft Word Documents, Emails, and Excel Spreadsheets.
