The industry and applications have changed thoughout those many years, but the concept of screen pops and click to dial have remained mostly constant. Newer, more economical, and better technologies have made the availability and use of these features a must have for small and medium sized companies that larger enterprise organizations have employed for years. Specializing in vertical industries such as, Taxi Cab Dispatch, Floral Delivery, Heating Ventilating and A/C (HVAC), Law Offices, Pizza Delivery, Point of Sale (POS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Service Management of all kinds, has resulted in integrations to over 300 different applications. Our powerful TcDial program platform allows custom integration into most all Windows based PC applications, at the desktop or in the cloud, in a matter of a few hours, without need for complicated APIs or lengthy software development.
This webpage is provided to disseminate basic information and product
literature about TELCOMP's products, describing the Middleware software
and Hardware which link sophisticated telephony features into your
current database or Contact Management application without the need for any modification to your
current application software. Basic product literature for Standalone and Network
products is available for single, multiple line,
and Key System Unit (KSU) or Private Branch Exchange (PBX) and VOIP Endpoint integration.
Telcomp's "TCDIAL" SCREEN POP and DIALING middleware
provides simple, cost effective PERSONAL COMPUTER INTEGRATION of CALLER ID, DIRECT INWARD DIAL (DID) for Answering Services,
AUTOMATIC NUMBER IDENTIFICATION (ANI) or DIALED NUMBER IDENTIFICATION SERVICE (DNIS) with adjunct capture devices and various
manufacturer's VOIP Endpoints, Key System Units or Private Branch Exchanges. (FOR SPECIFIC MANUFACTURERS SEE THE ADJACENT SELECTION TABLE)
Several types of "ADJUNCT" specialty Caller ID/Computer Telephony hardware are also supported. Telcomp also offers consulting
services in designing various Computer Telephony Integration features into both new and existing Software Applications.
TCDIAL enables almost all Windows Applications to receive, log, and
use the Caller ID, ANI, or DNIS, data-bursts. Interfaces for various environments such as: TERMINAL SERVICES, CITRIX, UNIX, LINUX, AS400 and HOSTED ASP type applications

TELCOMP's TCDIAL enables almost ALL Windows based programs to dial any number that can be displayed as text on the screen including numbers from websites, Microsoft Word Documents, Emails, and Excel Spreadsheets.
